Tiara Gose-Hardy joined Lidman Law as an Associate in July 2024. Mrs. Gose-Hardy’s practice involves representation of employees in all areas of employment law. Prior to joining Lidman Law, Mrs. Gose-Hardy honed her knowledge of employment law and successfully represented employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour cases. She has recovered upwards of $2,000,000 for her clients.

Mrs. Gose-Hardy uses her knowledge of the law and experience to ensure that clients are compensated for the injustices they have experienced in the workplace and works to ensure that employers are dissuaded from taking further advantage of their employees. She enjoys building relationships with her clients and educating them about the law as it applies to their specific case.

Mrs. Gose-Hardy received her law degree from Whitter Law School in 2018 and received her undergraduate degree from California State University, Long Beach in 2013. She is a current member of the Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. In her free time, she enjoys reading fiction, camping, spending time with her family, and rooting for the Los Angeles Dodgers.
